What skills do you need to work with us?

1. Be a professional architect or engineer, qualified to work in Panama.
2. Excellent Spanish and advanced English.
3. Proficiency in all phases of building design.
4. Travel flexibility and a willingness to work in the field.
5. Attitude: work with initiative, resilience and creativity to solve problems as a part of a team.
6. Time management skills, precision in work.
7. Have a genuine interest in sustainable design as well as appreciation and respect for nature.
8. Leadership skills

Responsibilities may include (but not limited to):

1. Managing work schedules.
2. Budget Management.
3. On-site supervision.
4. Leading and coordinating a team of staff.
4. Ensure staff safety and work quality.
5. Management of local authorities and providers.
6. Detail preparation of Cost reports, Progress reports and other impact and measurement Reports.
7. Design of homes, buildings, pools, furniture, gardens, walkways - we design almost anything that is tropical and sustainable. We have done everything from exclusive beach homes, through a tiger nursery even camouflage for national parks uniforms.
