Descripción del Trabajo Responsible for the execution and implementation sales strategy to capture the assigned account’s business potential.
Achieve Excellence in Availability and a sustainable business growth through the business relationship with the buyers, assistant buyers, store managers and merchandisers servicing accounts assigned.
Provides solutions and alternatives to promote sales growth, market leadership and business development
• Review and recommend the optimum servicing organization for the accounts.
• Direct responsibility over accounts assigned.
• Review that all the information in each customer system is accurate (inventories & prices)
• Suggest modifications to EDI and Door to Door orders in order to reduce out of stocks.
• Direct supervision of all 3rd party merchandisers assigned to his accounts.
• Supports the development and performance of 3rd party merchandisers
• Executes promotions, trade investment and assigned fixed costs budgets.
• Works collaboratively with customer marketing, marketing team, sales operations and 3rd party merchandisers in order to execute all promotional activities and achieve excellence in availability in all his assigned stores.
• Assist in the preparation, presentation and execution of each key account’s Business Development Plan.
• Responsible for establishing and developing an efficient business relationships with the key customers, monitoring their performance and compliance with the company standards of freshness, quality, service, availability and coverage
• Prepare and presents business KPI’s reports and sales metrics within the assigned accounts.
• Identify business opportunities for profitable growth
