We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and highly motivated Account Executive to join our business expansion and development team.
Job Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for the sales and account management cycles.Develops a thorough understanding of our services as well as customer’s business objectives and capitalizes on the value that we can offer to their business.To identify and understand a customer’s business needs and goals, the Account Executive conducts extensive research into their operations. He/she reviews company processes, trends, or volume, and/or identifies people, technology, or operational issues as well as goals and strategies. Meets with the customer’s internal stakeholders to determine objectives and opportunities, evaluates the information and proposes viable solutions to obtain quality, financial, process and technological improvements; enhance efficiency, ensure a viable return in the investment; and build the business partnership.Executes sales prospecting, prepares and delivers customer proposals, collaborates with the Consulting Team to determine service solutions and options and account strategies. Participates in pre and post customer sales to determine strengths and weaknesses of the sales,marketing and service delivery to monitor customer needs through account strategy sessions. Supports small to mid-scale projects participating in the selling, planning and account management tasks.This position also provides ongoing analysis of implementation projects, plans, and templates through statistics, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits as key tools for customers retention and services expansion.

In your day to day you should be able to:
·Demonstrate a good understanding of Consulting & Training services sales related to process, people and technology and their benefits.
·Able to compare and contrast the customer's experience of engaging with the company and primary competitors across all touch-points; summarizes positive and negative gaps; develops plans to leverage advantages and correct disadvantages.
·Identify current and future needs of the customer or business; understand how business needs dictate the project’s requirements, project direction, business objectives, and resource allocation; make recommendations on the solutions design phase of the project.
·Consider industry and financial trends when making account decisions; understands critical aspects of business models and operating structures to provide input into decisions.
·Demonstrate some advanced knowledge of how to conduct customer analysis using common sources of information to identify customer facts and trends; collects standard research data about current and prospective customers with some guidance; identify and develop lists of prospective customers; assist with identifying instances where customer needs or expectations are not being met; draft promotions of services and features based upon research with oversight from others.
·Define and create specific documented account strategies; evaluate key financial indicators to establish account strategies; leverage sales and service resources to meet basic customer; recognize overlap between customer needs and external industry trends.
·Distinguish between “big picture” concepts and comments and specialized, smaller specific facts associated with work; note the specifics of events and experiences; explain, in general, how details impact end goals or outcomes; ensure that work is completed accurately and with the appropriate level of detail.
·Demonstrate an understanding of negotiation techniques; identify stakeholders/participants that should be involved in negotiations; demonstrate an understanding of each party’s objectives.
·Demonstrate understanding of implementation objectives, project plan, and one's role within a project; participates in the implementation of a project; provides timely, thorough and concise updates for area of responsibility; identifies areas of risk and properly communicates them to the project manager.
·Recognize when customers are having issues; identify resolution to basic customer issues and recommends solutions.Work with experts to provide solution to more complex customer issues.
·Build and maintain relationships throughout a customer organization; makes recommendations regarding account decisions or strategies.
·Recognize the impact of technology on our business, services, and processes; identifies technological barriers in achieving desired objectives; maintains appropriate breadth and depth of technological knowledge for current work assignment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Industrial Engineering, Marketing and Sales, Business Administration, Technology.
At least three years of sales & marketing experience in Consulting, Training, Software, Technology or related services.
Demonstrated success in meeting targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Highly analytical with the ability to manage data
Ability to work with multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity
Experience using Microsoft products or equivalent software
PMP or PRINCE2 Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
