Accountant

Function objective Maintain accurate accounting records and analysis updated with the support of Share Service Center. Focus on expense reports, advance payments and credit cards management. Implementation and support of End-to-End Travel and Expenses tool.
Responsibilities
Relationship with Credit Card Bank issuer. Guarantee process alignment between Roche and the Bank.
Signatures updated in bank accounts.
Guarantee payment on time of Credit Cards.
Expense reports accounting registration and analysis (accurate financial information)
Estimation, accounting recording, analysis and follow up of Travel and Expense Provision.
Keep to date Vendors account (accounting recording, analysis and follow up).
Monthly Close process
Constant training sessions to Credit Card holders.
Guarantee that all Credit Card holders comply with CACs Travel and Expense Procedure.
Other Accounting and Tax requirements as needed.
Requirements
University degree in Accounting (CPA license issued by MICI is a plus)
Advance Intermediate English Language knowledge (Fluent is a plus)
3 years working in Accounting, with prove knowledge on the following areas:
Account payables or receivables cycle
Accounting recording and analysis of employee expense reports.
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (NIA)
Relation with Credit Card Bank issuer
Prepare information for local and external audits
Internal controls
Office domain (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Knowledge in the use of the SAP System
