Job Requirements
:Performs Genearl Ledger month:end close tasks, journal entries, margin and expense analysis of assigned service centers
:Prepares monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, and clears reconciling items in a timely manner
:Ensures that appropriate controls and compliance processes are followed
:Makes recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities
:Assists in the timely preparation of schedules and other information required by external auditors
:Contributes to any special projects and performs additional duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience
:Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required
:CPA is a plus but not required
:Accounting Experience : Minimum of 5 years is required in GL accounting preferably in service industry, some public accounting is a plus
:General knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), balance sheet and income statement methods, internal controls, and other areas related to financial reporting requirements
:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in SAP or other large ERP systems is a plus
This is a full:time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp:2:corp contractors will NOT be considered.
