:
Lead the day to day operations of the accounting and finance department
:
Develop and maintain intercompany processing and periodic account reconciliations
:
Preparation of financial statements and timely completion of audit
:
Manage the statutory requirements of Mexico and Panama and work closely with the internal tax team
:
Support the Companys external auditors in their review of quarterly and annual financial statements;
:
Lead process improvement activities to shorten the close cycle, increase automation and ensure a high degree of accuracy and quality;
:
Monitor compliance with all policies and procedures of the company as well as accounting and finance practices
:
Respond to internal and external requests for information
:
Other related duties as assigned.
