- Budgeting. - Preparation of monthly Cash Flow. - Review of the monthly balance sheets
- Review and preparation of payroll payment
- Review of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Maintain direct communication with accounting for the correct preparation of monthly reports by the company
- Human Resources: personnel management, permits, vacations, and the recruitment process
- Train, guide, supervise and punish staff members to ensure the efficiency of the daily operation of the office
- Ensure compliance with the processes
- Ensure the proper use of Prinex in the different departments: administration, technician, general management and operational management.
- Follow up the legal department so that the management requirements are met and that they are under the appropriate legal parameters.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of the equipment.
- Coordination and planning of office events or unofficial visits
- Constant coordination with the labor lawyer for the correct preparation of contracts
- Responsible for the proper use of all bank accounts of the group
- In charge of opening new checking accounts that are required
- Maintain the physical and server files in an orderly manner
- Make payments of municipal taxes, itbms, income taxes, real estate, and dividends
- Faced with the creation, and use and management of commercial, interim loans, etc.
- Responsible for the preparation of letters of credit and the proper management of loans granted to the group.
- Direct management with investors
- Responsible for the organization and correct registration of the contributions of each partner.
- Responsible for the realization of the corresponding capital calls for each portfolio
- Responsible for the organization of the annual board meetings.
- Responsible for the preparation of evaluations at the level of human resources
- Responsible for the control of payments through dividends or loans to the company's partners.
- Responsible for the payment of per diem payments to the company's partners.
- Manage procedures in public offices
- Take care of purchases of office supplies and office supplies
- Ensure that each payment made is made under the correct documentation and under the required process.
- Verification of office bills: electricity, water, telephone, internet, cell phones.
- Make purchase offers with the information provided by management.
- Manage the property purchase process through joint work with legal.
- Generate payment of initial payment for properties of interest.
- Ensure the preparation of due diligence by legal.

Salary: 2.500$
