Job description:
Purpose
The HR Administrator (Filling), will support the Shared Services area in filling and administrative tasks.
Key Accountabilities and Challenges
· Accurately capture and enter all relevant data.
· Ensure a high standard of data quality through accurate timely data validation and quality assurance
· Interact with colleagues and project management to ensure fulfilment of project objectives
· Filing and administrative duties, as required
· Perform any other duties as assigned by Shared Services Supervisor.
Education, Experience, Competencies & Skills
Education
o Secondary Education
Experience
Experience in data collection and filling.
Competencies and skills
Fast and accurate data capturing and entry skills
Computer experience in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to liaise with people at all levels, internally and externally
Good facilitation and communication skills
Sensitivity to cultural differences, confidential and ethical issues pertaining to patient information
o Advance Excel Computer literate (Microsoft)
· Computer Systems Experience would be advantageous
· Ability to maintain self-discipline within a stressful environment.
o Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
