Key Contributions:
Possesses high level of comfort developing, applying and presenting principles of modern progressive design
Generates and inspires breakthrough ideas, trend-forward design style and aesthetics and presents these ideas cohesively, persuasively, and in a form that generates long-term trust with clients and working team
Possesses experience in developing multi-channel platforms from above-the-line traditional mediums through to non-traditional below-the-line, digital and social campaign work, and physical space design
Leads planning, authoring and implementing projects from kick-off through production
Understands how to effectively define project scope and appropriately set relative budget parameters
Demonstrates appropriate use of delegation to develop others, balance workload and effectively manage time, taking full responsibility for utmost quality of deliverable and timeline
Utilizes proven superior mentorship skills to provide leadership and shares enthusiasm and passion with greater team by instilling positive work attitude
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Extremely proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro.
Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent) is required
7+ Years of experience within Design, Advertising, Marketing (or equivalent) firm is required
Fortune 100 / 500 corporate and high-profiles client experience preferred
Experience and proven success in the management of teams, vendors, budgets and agency relationships
