Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remoteBenefits Consultantto join our team. As a Benefits Consultant, you will be our point-person for Benefits Prime, UKG Software’s newest benefit product. In this role, you’d be involved in a diverse set of projects, including Benefits Prime launches and renewals, and act as a guide for other consultants in developing solutions to complex issues. In addition, you will assist with net new launches and ongoing product support for our Premier Services customers.
What you’ll do:Lead Benefits Prime implementations through PlanSource methodology and best practices, and provide support for Benefits Prime customers. In addition, you’ll assist with system and integration testing for Benefits Prime as needed
Serve as a Benefits Prime/PlanSource SME on the team, mentoring other consultants and helping them troubleshoot complex issues
Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their Benefits Prime and UKG Pro system
Draw on your benefits and HRIS expertise to recommend and implement Benefits Prime solutions

What makes you successful:Need to haves:3+ years of experience in benefits consulting
Strong HRIS/benefits configuration and optimization skills, UltiPro preferred
Ability to travel up to 40%
Nice to haves:A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
Expert skills in UKG Pro/UltiPro
Prior experience working with APIs
3+ years of HRIS consulting experience
How you’ll be measured:Maintaining target utilization rate (on average 80%)
Obtained Benefits Prime and Core certification during ramp and successfully completing a project or launch
Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project’s requirements
Seeking experience and training to develop functional design solutions in Benefits Prime that meet clients’ needs
Honing consulting skill set, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, focus on quality of deliverables, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients
Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business
