Job Summary
The Business Process Analyst is part of the Process and Projects Team that focuses on providing improvement services that impactof people, process and technology creating a positive impact to organizations.This team provides solutions that reshape the businessand ensuring the customer´s return on investment. He/she will use business process methodologies and tools, innovative and proven elicitation techniques, obtain in depth knowledge of requirements gathering, control and documenting, contribute to process improvement activities and work with all organizational levels.The Business Process Analyst will also work in projects and can act as Project Coordinator assisting the Project Manager in initiation/mobilization tasks, maintaining project documents, schedule creation and controlling, task monitoring for timely completion, testing and training tasks across all areas of the project. Preferred Competencies:
In your day to day you should be able to:
·Analyze current processes and develop new process where they do not yet exist across the full spectrum of the operation using business process methodologies, tools and techniques.
·Work with process owners and stakeholders at all organizational levels to improve, update and codify ways of working that are efficient, compliant and user friendly.
·Build stakeholder relationships that are conducive to quick delivery of products in a complex environment.
·Conduct business process assessment interviews and workshops
·Translate inputs from business process interviews and workshops to written descriptions of the processes and build business cases for change.
·Work alongside process owners to undertake impact assessments and facilitate the procedure implementation plans and activities.
·Provide subject matter expertise into training plans and implementation plans across all common process tools and methodologies.
·Execute the Change Management plan prepared by Change Expert and liase with Change Expert as needed during the implementation
·Execute the whole requirements management process from elicitation to requirements documentation and control.
·For Software implementationsassist identifying test scenarios and reviewing test strategy; perform functional, integration, regression and performance testing; prepare test data for testing, and support as Project Coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Industrial Engineering (preferred) or Technology.
Good communication and presentation skills
Highly analytical with the ability to manage data
Ability to work with multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity
Experience using Microsoft products or equivalent software
Previous experience in related areas for process, change or project will be a plus
