The purpose of this role is to support the artwork copy
development and approval process, leading the collection of Brand Packaging
Communication and Regulatory Artwork Copy requirements and the creation of
structured Artwork Brand Hierarchies to maximize copy re-use, reduce
author/approval touches, provide meaningful business agility, and enable
artwork approvals per the Global R&R Matrix for FA on behalf of Marketing.
Ownership includes managing overall copy setup and changes required to meet
Artwork Project needs.
The C-ACE is the single point of accountability for the
readiness of Master Copy lists and Finished Product Masters, which is a
high-impact preparatory step in every Artwork project. This role owns the
collection and approval of all non-regulated copy content for the Master Copy
right the first time and on time inputs. The role facilitates the collection,
formatting and approval of the marketing copy included on-pack in coordination
with Marketing. Our C-ACE is to ensure Marketing is aligned and trained on the
authoring and approval process of Master Copy. In addition, the this role is
also expected to ensure the gathering n and formatting of other elements that
are required to be on pack (example: Regulatory, Legal, Consumer Relations, and
R&D (Product Research / Package Development) copy along with externally
Key Responsibilities:Works dedicatedly and
closely with each function within the RBU to identify copy requirements.
Establishes relationships and drumbeat approach to update and capture the
most current and correct requirements.
Owns timely and correct
claims input into the Copy Tool and ensures delivery is synchronized with
artwork project tracking.
Leads resolution of issues
between functions in the authoring and approval of Master Copy (as
design, artwork network and capability connect points (or meetings) as
needed to complete/drive the required artwork copy related activities.

Reviews and approves final
Artwork to check compliance with copy element requirements.

(particularly with internal organizations)

regards to marketing copy requirements
