Job Title Collections Assistant NAM Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be part of the Philips Collections team for the North America Region.
Attend daily calls from our North America Market customers and manage credit card processing.
Identify and transfer calls from customers to other team members within the Collections organization.
Ensure accurate and reliable information is provided to customers.
Answer and manage customer emails for our valuable key customers in North America in order to address common questions and inquires.
Initiate process improvements ideas.
The credit & collections team in Panama are responsible for cash collections in North America, risk management and credit control activities. The credit & collections team is part of the Philips Global Business Services organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
High School Degree. University is desirable, preferable in accounting, finance or administration
Fluent in English (conversation and excellent writing skills)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Intermediate Excel knowledge
SAP knowledge, preferred
Collections, Finance and customer service professional experience
Experience with Customer Service
Experience in a multinational environment (desirable)
Eager to achieve excellent results
