. Position Summary: The Communication Manager is responsible for all ISP communications both internal and external ensuring that all parts of the ISP are efficiently communicated with. They promote ISPs' achievements and ensure that ISPs' image is consistent and positive in the local and global community.
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Communication Manager develops an efficient communication strategy that all stakeholders are aware of and that is consistently applied to maintain ISP as the premier international learning center in Panama.
Develops the content and is responsible to publish all communications such asthe weekly newsletter, the internal bulletin, Annual General Report, Echoes magazine, regular publications in global and local media ensuring quality, branding, language, and tone consistently represent ISP.
Ensure the website promotes ISP globally and collaborate with the technology department regarding its upkeep. That the website is regularly updated and that information is accurate and consistent.
Coordinates all media events and provide consistently branded materials for presentations and correspondence
Guarantees that the brand guidelines are executed consistently and aligned with the spirit and values of ISP
Developing an alumni network and assist and document events held
Maintaining relationships between the media, faculty, parent, student, and community at large
Assist in the development of statements in case of crisis/issues, advise on a course of action, coordinate press releases, school communique, media events
Plan and implement strategies of digital marketing and social media (paid & organic), mobile marketing and owned online channels.
Lead the content development for the digital strategy
Support the planning and execution of the marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives to generate brand/franchise awareness, and drive traffic and sales and engagement.
Supervise graphic designers, videographers and photographers to ensure ISP documentation, where applicable
Ensure school communications are GDPR compliant
Archive publications and information for historical purpose
Other tasks where applicable
. Requisitos:Skills and Competencies:
Degree in a related field
Minimum of 5 years marketing/communications experience with hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns and direct marketing programs
Proven multi-channel marketing expertise – with a heavy emphasis on online and direct to consumer marketing
Experience in effective consumer communication including creative strategy and messaging
Strong bilingual skills in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Maintain confidentiality of all aspects of this position
Self-motivated, results-driven with excellent attention to detail
Must be a strong team player
Analytical skills
Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team
Familiarity of GDPR
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
Track record in communicating effectively via Social Media, Blogs and other publications
Ability and willingness to work with a wide range of people and age groups
