Job Title: Controller Primary objective of the job: Provide direction and financial support to the company in all areas of financial management and control in order to facilitate the achievement of the established objectives. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare reports and financial statements for the CFO, according to the parameters necessaryfor analysis, projections, and budget comparisons. Make monthly expense reports against budgets. Prepare reports and financial statements for the Board of Directors and shareholders. Develop, implement and monitor the financial controls and procedures of the company on amonthly basis. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax auditors, tax advisor, among others. Supervise regulatory affairs, hold meetings with legal entities, to discuss issues related to financial and commercial issues according to company requirements. Ensure that Digicel complies with the financial requirements, taxes and legal responsibilitiesassociated with the nature of its activities. Implement accounting controls and analysis. Academic qualifications and experience required: CPA with Master of Business Administration or Finance. 5 years of experience as Financial Manager, Audit Manager, Comptroller Manager or similar, Audit Firm.
