In this role, you have the opportunity to
develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to exceed financial targets that include sales of: Warranty Conversions, Billable Conversions, Contract Renewals, and Point of Sale (POS) interventions with product sales team. Together with CS management, the Customer Service Sales Analyst is accountable for the delivery of a customer satisfying & efficient service. Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis and reporting activities for sales operations and performance.
You are responsible for
Analyze sales data and trends. Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of the sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity
Develops and tracks key performance indicators, and evaluates performance based on the sales quotas, while taking into consideration current economic conditions.
Help derive key strategic insights from the myriad data types
Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment.
Performs regular analysis for expenses and budgets / AOP
Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. (Supports Commercial Policy Team)
Effectively incorporates customers delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations.
Maintains and enhances salesforce automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.
Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN
Behavioral: Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and 4 behaviors
Develop and execute a strategic and tactical sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of: Warranty Conversions, Billable Conversions, Contract Renewals, and Point of Sale (POS) interventions with account sales teams.
Sustain existing business and drive profitable new business that exceeds territory sales targets in the area of services
Use effective management, prospecting and qualifying activities to communicate business direction.
Maintain relationships with the Sales Leaders to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions
Prepare and deliver accurate business forecasting monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management
Provide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product and service offerings.
You are a part of
of the Customer Service commercial team, enabling the sales team in order to excel in our results. Reporting to the Customer Service Business Marketing Director, but influencing over the CS sales leaders in Latin America.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar career.
Experience managing forecasts and hard data analysis in order to establish a strategic route.
Experience with project management
Marketing experience is a plus
Advanced English skills.
