Job Description

Role Summary

This position is responsible for handling the different levels of customer concern’s to ensure they are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. Customer Care Advocates provide knowledge and expertise to all customers to effectively resolve any service-related concerns.The Customer Care Advocate must balance both the needs of the customer and the business while supporting service through three focus areas: research, service (via chat, phone and or email), and operations.
Customer Care Advocate Job Duties:
Research, analyze and resolve customer concerns in an accurate and timely manner by using appropriate tools and resources to assess situations and create resolutions that are appropriate.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and escalate when appropriate or needed
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and note the accounts
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with other advocates, coworkers, and partners (Team Player).

Qualifications
Customer Care Advocate Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking.

Required Qualifications

Customer focused with the ability to work effectively and professionally with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform work activities requiring instructing, persuading or speaking with others
Advanced analysis skills to include skill in situational analysis and risk mitigation
Ability to maintain professionalism without disruption to the operation, employees, or customers
Track record of exhibiting good judgment, common sense and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to assess the customer and adjust communication style accordingly

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Previous Customer Care experience preferred.
Call Center experience
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Proficient with Windows
Exhibits proficiency in email communications and website navigation
Multi-tasking; Analytical thinker
Retail industry job experience

Additional information
