Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requesting Home Services support — from installation and repair to troubleshooting and follow-ups
• Actively listen, diagnose customer needs, and set clear expectations on next steps and timelines
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient and timely resolutions
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and quality standards in every customer interaction

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent completed
• Language: Advanced English B2–C1 — strong verbal and written fluency
• Digital skills: Comfortable with computers, Word, Excel, and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Location: Available to work on-site in Panama
