Job Purpose/Overview

Customer Development will be define right model for negotiations and investment to develop modern trade accounts. The role will be accountable for sales growth and trade investment in UTT. The role will collaborate with distributors to ensure best in class negotiations and timely execution in store. Prepare engagement and follow up customer plans to assure customer centricity and build collaborative relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

:Distributor Engagement. Manages distributors in the country and develops relationship with their key customers in modern trade. Responsible for establishing and developing an efficient relationship with top accounts, monitoring their performance and compliance with the company standards of quality, service, availability and coverage.

:Negotiate initiatives and Perfect Store KPIs with distributors and key accounts
:Work with field sales to assure best in class execution of Picture of Success and negotiations to assure continuous improvement. Define KPIs for performance with distributors.
:Generate additional volume ideas to reach Sell:Out targets working with Customer Marketing

:Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with Top Accounts and IFD
:Monthly Inventory Weeks Analysis with Distributor based on Sell:Out to ensure +95 Case Fill Rate with customers.
:Responsible for tracking and analyzing Sell:Out Data
:Assist in Forecasting to generate POs via influencing to reach annual targets

:Business Development: Ability to understand and anticipate customer existing and future needs in depth and communicate this within organization while developing compelling solutions based on joint strategies that are mutually beneficial.
:Category Management: Presents compelling rationale/stories that deliver mutual category growth determined by revenue and profit with Category Management.
