Overview
With strategic goals and objectives set by the Division President, this is the top financial role for the CRI division in CIOX with revenue north of $200M. This critical role will be responsible for providing overall financial vision and financial operational direction for the business unit. This leader in this role will provide cost accounting expertise and work closely with division leadership on financial activities while also partnering with the leadership in the shared resources of various administrative functions for the organization. With a focus on financial results, this critical role will pay close attention to detail, think and plan strategically, and work with business unit leaders to drive to meet company’s financial objectives. This key executive should also demonstrate a history of leading a team and effectively utilizing resources.
The selected leader with be an independent thinker, at the same time will have a track record of collaboration and teamwork. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, results-oriented leader with a history of success as a controller or division CFO and developing strong, trusting relationships with other leaders in the company. A creative, action-oriented executive with a “let’s find a way” approach is going to be most successful. This leader will have demonstrated an ability to work in a complex organization where the leader values and seeks the input of others and is able to influence across the organization.
Responsibilities
Identify through consultation with division leadership the key actions necessary to achieve the financial plan.
Partner with senior leaders to drive execution of key action items to achieve plan results. Analyze results of operations and review and explain key drivers of significant variances to plan and forecasted results.
Lead a team effectively to utilize to full capacity.
Develop the annual profit plan in conjunction with the senior management team. Develop accurate financial forecasts each month.
Lead FP&A efforts in assessing current and future business models and provide consultative direction to senior leaders.
Develop cost accounting strategies to drive success in making the right decisions by senior leaders.
Leader who pro-actively identifies and escalates to business management risks in financial forecast that are inconsistent with business performance/ trending
Take a hands-on role in developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.
Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities and decisions.
Manage the processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and consolidation and reporting.

Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of an organization
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
Experience providing leadership in a shared services environment and making the right relationships to ensure the business is supported.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
Fifteen years of experience in finance with background in accounting and FP&A at a division level.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
