Role Overview
The End User Computing IT Team Lead, is the main point of contact for the Corporate IT function, which will be reporting to the Regional IT Director. The Team lead will manage and lead a team of employees, communicates concerns and policies among management and team members, as well as reviewing the need for new processes where he sees gaps. This person will be the main point of contact between the business functions onsite and any technology related organization, using sound judgement to navigate throughout the corporate structure until he finds the appropriate resolver for the question or issue at hand.
Requirements
:
Leads EUC IT staff results by applying corporate guidance for internal IT; planning and monitoring; coaching, and counseling of the local team.
:
Represents the Corporate IT function at the site level as required, as well as the End User Computing team on any meeting or call.
:
Leads staff by orienting, and training the EUC IT team employees at the facility.
:
Maintains organizations effectiveness and efficiency by delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
:
Completes EUC IT projects by coordinating resources and timetables with the rest of his team globally as well as other departments or external vendor if required.
:
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization policies and outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends and anticipating requirements.
:
Maintains quality service by taking care of incidents and request, establishing and enforcing organization standards and applying continual service improvement initiatives.
:
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state:of:the:art practices; participating in professional societies.
:
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Desirable Requirements
-Bachelor degree on IT and Certificate/Diploma in Computing /IT, A+
-Drive for results and fast learner
-Demonstrate ability to deal with a constantly changing working environment.
