Field Marketing Manager Cams C&C

Auto req ID: 196683BR Job Description Contribute to the continuous business growth of C&C in CAMS through the development and execution of strategies and projects that reflect a deep understanding of the business, market and shopper needs, while connecting brand strategies, innovation and Captivate the Consumer processes with the Market Unit needs. Follow up and establish a relationship with the distributor in Panama.

Qualifications/Requirements
Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in Brand/Trade Marketing or in a similar position within the industry of mass consumption products.
English language proficiency both written and spoken with the ability to present in English.
Microsoft Office Domain
Analytical Skills to transform market information to initiatives that keeps the business growth.
Highly organized, able to work with people of different levels (executives, managers, vendors).
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal relationships skills.
Leadership and self-confidence, apt to make things happen in time and place through a direction and follow-up to the execution.
Autonomy in the position: must be able to handle the position with a long distance responsibility. You must maintain an effective line of communication, even at a long distance through tools that facilitate it: Communicator, email, telephone.
