The Finance Business Partner DCV/EP imonitors the overall financial operational performance of responsibilities, contributing to business development by providing accurate data and advices supporting the decision making process.
He/ She needs to have a good understanding of overall business, P&L risks & opportunities. Will support a multi-country organization of 23 countries with high level of complexity
Ensures a comprehensive compliance with all internal control and financial/accounting principles within his/her perimeter and contributes to maintain Business Leaders’ integrated view of finance topics.
Lead the reporting process to perfom full analysis of the P&L & issue monthly Sales and P&L comments (include but not limited to Sales dashboard, consolidation of the risks & opportunities, monthly sales landings...)
Challenge the business in their assumptions (TM, provision, reporting, budget, forecast assumptions) to support the budget creation and completition.
Prepare & analyse Price Volume analysis for the China & Emerging Market Business Unit to perform monthly analysis of the Gross margin and OPEX
Work in close collaboration with the FP&A team to ensure proper reporting, respect of deadlines, develop new reports
Coordinate with the BU heads & Heads of Department of China & Emerging markets Business unit the budget & forecast cycle where the FBP will collect, challenge & validate assumptions
Graduate with Economy-Financial or Accountin with more than 6 years in related positions
Strong business accumen
Fluent: English & Spanish
