Finance & Performance Analyst. The Finance & Performance Analyst will be responsible to support financial projects and performances follow up process in order to maximize business results.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Finance:
Ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated for Platform Operations in Panama.
Follow Up of the closing cost and generate analysis scenarios for distribution optimization cost.
Organize and steer meetings with regional contributors to ensure engagement in all stages of operational activities.
Review, and together with Finance Supply Chain Head, normalize accounting booking procedures within the region, to ensure standardization within the region.
Performance:
Generate performance dashboard ensuring a standardize process within countries.
Conducts root cause analysis from the KPIs to identify and remove defects negatively impacting the business and create long-term solutions as needed;
Foster a collaborative team environment with multiple countries, breaking down silos between groups and ensuring key business areas are aligned to deliver new or evolved capabilities for Target’s Latam Supply Chain;
Profile
Education:
Higher education (master’s degree) with an orientation in business related fields. Preferably a Master in Finance or Engineering.
Experience and Knowledge:
Previous experience in Finance Roles, preferably in a Pharmaceutical or FCG Company.
Experience leading projects in complex and international environment
Experience with SAP and SQL.
Experience with QSense is considered a plus.
At ease with Microsoft Office tools, and in general with IS tools.
Main Competences and Skills:
Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
Analytical thinking and problem solving.
Ability to keep global picture and global roadmap in mind.
Adaptability.
Assertiveness.
Relationship/Network Builder.
Languages:
Fluent English and Spanish.
Portuguese is a plus.
