What you’ll do
Execute LatAm Finished Good strategy for BGs LAMPS, LED & HOME
Ensure balance between Demand & Supply and takes up prompt corrective actions where required
Manage daily stock & availability at 12NC level, GMR
Implement relevant planning models (ISP, ISP light)
Manage / convert purchase requisitions (and other requirements) in SAP, Review and manage MRP signals
You’ll proactively manage the risk of slow-moving and obsolete stocks and drive corrective action when needed
Maintain Purchase Orders on internal factories, external suppliers, Supply Planning (For multiple suppliers).
Manages Phase In / Phase Out materials in Systems for commercial Stock points
Executes and reviews allocation to Markets/Countries in case of supply constraints
You’ll lead supply based planning based on sales pipeline and identify risks and opportunities to the financial plans
You’ll contribute to defining procedures and reporting related to sales planning: schedules activities, set calendars
You’ll participate in projects and improvement actions on Sales Planning and Demand Management
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience in Demand Planning. MS/MBA is a plus.
Experience and ability to drive products through tactical, meaningful demand planning with thoughtful/analytically viewed recommendations is required
Experience with demand planning process development is strongly preferred
10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management/ Commercial/business operational roles in a fast-paced technology company
5+ years of deep working knowledge of SCM processes, Systems, forecasting and demand planning, sales and operations planning, distribution and related concepts
3+ years of proven ability in designing and executing business processes around customer needs
Proven track record of delivering functional improvements with financial outcomes
5+ years of expr in leading teams spread across multiple locations + Stakeholder Management
You have an excellent analytical ability to predict and prepare challenging forecast figures and data
You have a good practical knowledge of SAP APO/DP.
You are fluent in English and Spanish
