Who we areOur Mission is to inspire authentic and meaningful connections.Selina was born out of a desire to celebrate the nomadic lifestyle: to experience our planet’s most beautiful places, to build community, to engage with locals and fellow travellers, to work and enjoy new adventures.What the role isAs a Growth Director you will be an entrepreneur on your countries, and find the best properties that can meet Selina requirements (target audience, on the relevant area, provide Selina experience)What you will be doingExecute country/region signed and opened bed space goals, by finding relevant assets, following up and closing the dealsSource and sign local partnerships and work with landlords to minimize Selina cash invested.Owner of IC memo, term sheet, and contract.Ensure proper country data input and reporting in Growth Machine.Train Selina Hunters and leverage local broker network in execution of bed space goals.Reporting to VP of Growth LatamVerify financial and deals with VP of Growth LatamContact important political figuresFollowing up the Due Diligences (legal and technical) until the deal is closedMaintain relation with owners and investorsFollowing up on the process of Due Diligences, permits, and licensesRepresenting the owner of the Property and in charge of all his compensation payments with accountingIn charge for any extra commercial after the main deal is signed (co-working, commercial, extension of the property)
