The head of Demand Generation is the person responsible for the delivery of our customers outbound demand generation and appointment settings projects across the Americas. This position is responsible for lead and manage a team of experts as well constantly develop best in class techniques to ensure all projects are on time, on budget and on performance.
This role requires a passion to continually demonstrate the ability to exceed expectations and deliver above average results.
? Delivering and owning project success for all Demand Generation Initiatives across America.
? Develop best practices and systems to achieve customer objectives on time, on budget and on performance.
? Build and manage a team based on the requirements of the business and workload. Ensure to maximize people utilization and efficiency.
? Partner with the sales team to ensure seamless handover from sales function to delivery function.
? Collaborate with Data Integrity and Business Insights to deliver seamless experience for the customer.
? Manage scope creep, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing projects for the sales team to develop.
? Create quotes calculators and pricing structures in conjunction with Sales & Marketing.
? Identify trends in targets behavior changes and develop alternate approaches to achieve the customer requirements.
? Visit customers as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and/or manage an installation on large projects.
? Maintain and manage the invoicing of customers as the agreed intervals and ensure projects are completed in accordance with the billing terms.
? Create compelling stories around product or services that are exciting and enticing to customers in both verbal and written forms.

? Gathering accurate account & contact data for targeting key decision makers
? Developing personalized content (email campaigns and drip programs) to increase conversion rates that aligns and addresses the targets pain points
? Development and creation of calling guides in line with best practices
? Utilizing and developing CRM & Marketing Automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua) creating solutions, concepts and approaches to meet customer needs.
? Building, managing and leading multi-disciplined teams in a rapidly changing environment
