Helpdesk Associate Consultantto join our team in
Panamá (PA:8),
Panama (PA).

Good telephone etiquette skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Sound knowledge of NTT DATA products, client service policies and procedures. * Knowledge of computer and navigating through open applications. * May require industry / internal certifications applicable to role.
