Maersk is looking for an individual with strong stakeholder management skills, great communicator and collaborator to join our Costa del Este team as Human Resources Coordinator, with significant experience as HRBP in multinational companies with complex organizations. Data Management & Reporting - ensure people data is accurate and updated in all systems; provide routine and adhoc reports to stakeholders; respond to employees, vendors and other stakeholders on data inquiriesGeneral Administration: o Serve as a key point of contact for HR, leaders and employees to solve problems and address questions by phone, email and in-person o Process and setup payment for invoicesWork on various HR projects and self-manage the process to include planning, stakeholder communications, and milestone tracking o Create SOPs documenting instructions on assigned work to facilitate team trainingPerform other duties as assignedEmployee Engagement superuser with Gallup online tool- responsible for survey mapping, special reports request, extraction of reports, etc.Reporting on performance management- completion rates for objective setting, mid-year reviews and final appraisalsBased on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.Support local delivery of HR processes including Talent Review sessions, succession planning, employee engagement survey, performance management, compensation review, recruitment & selection, training and, Transfers, movements and promotions and development.
