HRIS Business Analystto join our team in

:
Facilitates functional HR process improvement project meetings or training sessions to various HR and technical staff.
:
Provides business analysis, problem solving, project management and overall HRIS planning and consulting.
:
Works closely with HR client group to define, analyze and document the business processes, systems and data in order to provide effective solutions.
:
Partners with users and IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation of applications.
:
Maintains and communicates design standards to be used for all HRIS tools, including visual interface specifications, standards and practices.
:
Participates in the development and implementation of programs to improve documentation and communication between HRIS and HR function.
:
Acts as project lead on local projects, and may lead global project.

Manages HR systems:related process improvements via project plans and schedules, including documentation of scope and requirements and reporting of project status often involving other functions, e.g., Finance , IT.

Performs project feasibility studies and business case development, and will manage an entire project lifestyle from initiation through post:implementation activities.

Works on HR systems:related process improvements via project plans and schedules, including documentation of scope and requirements and reporting of project status.

Ensures systems integration by identifying overlap among HR systems projects through HR systems management team participation and communication.
