Human Capital Generalist

Requirements:

- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or related.
- Three years of previous experience in Human Capital roles.

Main Responsabilities:

- Offer recommendations and strategies to remain considered as adesirable place to work.
- Monitor staffing needs.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Elaborate and submit reports of employee's information.
- Assist with elaborating policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process by identifying potential candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Be on top with the latest HC trends and best practices.
- Monitor employees development plans and performance management.
