Responsibilities
As an HR Rockstar you will:
Participates in the planning, costing, and implementation of employee annual and off-cycle salary increases.
Researches and prepares ad hoc reports to compile metrics for analysis and assists with financial reporting.
Assist with HR projects as needed Assist with the coordination and presentation of the end of month reports for the corporate office.
Organize internal email distribution lists and establish a standard process Suggest improvements to our current corporate email and other tools creation/update request process Help with the implementation of structure for all employees tied to measurable performance goals Help ensure legal compliance with local labor, immigration and health laws of all our employees and locations.
Develops, organize and maintain google drive and dropbox folders Supports HR Country Leaders with all HR Policies and Procedures
