Details (Your Responsibilities):
The purpose of the role is to be responsible to keep lowest Logistics cost possible for all Latina markets and will contribute to generate important savings and opportunities to improve not only service but cost.
YOU will be involved in all negotiations related to inbound and work together with procurement leading local (inside Latina) overland freights and align with Latina sites best way to send products to markets.
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
Fully Collaboration to Achieve Net Sales and Operating Profit market targets with the right safety and Quality and excellent levels in Customer Service (OTIF, Fill Rate and Advantage).
In addition, ensure cost control (Inbound Budget), capitalize opportunities while minimize risks Collaborate, participate and Lead with Procurement all freight negotiation the different categories and local supply chain services (local brokers).
Furthermore, this role will give you the chance to work with Latina sites in order to assure best freight cost and service for markets and collaborate with Global negotiations impacting Latina markets
Finally, YOU are going to review negotiations with local brokers in each market and asses every year. Your role will contribute to compete with other Consumer Healthcare Companies to achieve our vision to become the best Costumer Supply Chain of the planet, so we need to ensure that the needs of our Customers are aligned to our Supply Chain strategy.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree, in Foreign Trade / Logistics / Business Administration/Industrial Engineer.5-10 years minimum of experience in Logistics, Negotiation, Foreign Trade.
Experience in Customer Service & Logistics / Customer Supply Chain in an FMCH e2e Supply Chain environment
People Management / Leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA studies will be a plus.
