The individual who fills the Information Systems audit Analyst will be part of a dynamic team, working with cutting-edge technologies. The team is responsible for the Information Systems of the company.
In this position, you will oversee Selina Information Systems, such as Google workspace, NetSuite ERP, Oracle PBCS, Salesforce CRM, integrations, and other tools ensuring and overseeing systems user management, compliance as well as monitor their usage and audit them to maintain data integrity, security, compliance, adoption, cost reduction, and improvement.
You will partner with various teams to ensure system usage is efficient and system components and feathers are utilized effectively promising strong cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities Include
Administration and support of Selina Information Systems.
Manage system access, user roles, and usage to ensure audit and compliance requirements are met.
Create and maintain new audit and control procedures to support company policies and to meet budget frames and costs reduction.
Document configuration and application audit change and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain and improve the system and data integrity, risks mitigation, backup, and DRP.
Onboard and train users into the systems verifying usage is in line with company policies.
Assist with any additional requirements of the IS department.
Relevant Education
Bachelor's in Accounting, Economics, Industrial engineering, information systems.
Required Professional Experience
Two years plus of experience in Information systems and audit-related positions.
Strong understanding of systems information and system data model principles.
Knowledge of auditing and security concepts and principles as well as backup, disaster recovery, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports and dashboards.
Ability to perform control reviews on systems development, operation, control, and security procedures and standards.
Ability to communicate with and understand the requirements of the business in an area of specialty.
Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Professional experience in financial systems - Advantage.
