Key Responsibilities:
Establishing initial inventory levelsForecasting usage through liaison with end usersOptimising inventory levels through data analysisSupervising cycle counting and stock takesMaintain and Update Data IntegrityOptimising Inventory Aging (Slow Movers, No movers, Obsolete)Any other work reasonably requested by the Inventory Controller
Qualifications and Personal Characteristics:
Skills necessary to achieve minimum competency standards:
Highly numerate and analyticalExcellent Excel skillsPrior experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards
Minimum qualification required for this position:
University degree in science, technology, engineering, or business subject
Minimum experience required for this position:
2 years experience in product/demand planning a large maintenance or manufacturing organization
Behavioral skills required for this position:
