Job Purpose The IT Support Analyst provides day-to-day technology related support for employees.
and responsibilities
? Fulfill the complete setup for employees across the enterprise.
? Support the creation and management of various user accounts such as
Windows domain, email, MS CRM, MS Dynamics AX 2009 and MS Skype for
Business to ensure that the appropriate levels of security are maintained while
enabling users to complete their work.
? Update and manage user permission requests on IT services.
? Update all stakeholders on progress throughout the duration of each request.
? Ensure the highest overall user experience when changes are requested.
? Effectively troubleshoot and resolve relevant tickets raised through the IT
ticketing system.
? Identify pain points and recommend modifications to the global permissions

Essential? At least 1 year’s experience in a service desk environment / support role? Active Directory? Remote access / VPN setup? Office 365 User Administration? Office 365 Exchange Administration? Office 365 Teams/Skype Administration? Windows Server network folder sharing? Office 365 SharePoint and SharePoint Server? MS CRM? MS Dynamics AX 2009? Microsoft Office packages 2010 and above? Multi Factor AuthenticationPreferred
? Proficient English skills? Familiarity with ITIL standards
and specialist
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills? Excellent working knowledge of Windows 10 and MS Office applications? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, diverse environment?
