Gatesource HR is hiring a Graduate / Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Panama.
This is a high-energy role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, working toward targets, and building relationships.
You'll be trained to manage recruitment processes end-to-end while also developing strong sales and business development skills in a performance-driven environment.
What you'll do: Candidate Sourcing Recruitment Delivery Identify and attract talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach Interview candidates and qualify them for current and future roles Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline across multiple vacancies Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process Support job offers, salary discussions, and onboarding steps Maintain accurate candidate notes, activity tracking, and recruitment stages in the ATS/CRM Provide market insights (salary trends, candidate availability, competitor activity) to support recruitment strategy Sales Business Development responsibilities: Support business development activity by identifying target companies and decision-makers Research new markets, industries, and potential client opportunities Assist in outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach Build relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs Schedule and support client meetings alongside senior consultants Help prepare candidate profiles, shortlists, and client-facing recruitment updates Promote Gatesource HR services with a professional and consultative approach Contribute to weekly sales/recruitment activity targets (calls, outreach, interviews, submissions) Support the growth of existing accounts through consistent follow-up and strong delivery Requirements What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree 1-5 years work experience Strong Spanish and English communication skills (written + spoken) Confident speaking on the phone / video calls Motivated by goals, targets, and continuous improvement Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working at pace Organized with strong attention to detail Interest in recruitment, sales, or business development Benefits Why Gatesource HR Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced recruiters Progression path and performance-based growth opportunities Exposure to international markets and global recruitment projects A dynamic environment where you learn fast and build commercial skills early
