Job Description:
Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world
As LATAM Employee Communications Specialist, you will be responsible to support the area and countries to deploy key internal communications and campaigns, reporting program description and results in global platforms (Communication Daily, Opal, among others) and Manage the LATAM communications agencies. You will work directly with Corporate LATAM Teams (Brand & Communications, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, compliance and People Relations primarily). You leadership will guarantee the workflow process in translations based on our LATAM priorities and the monitoring of the employee communications dashboards. You will support the tracking of all campaigns in plants for production employees and report to the LATAM Internal Communications Manager.
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
Support the execution of the internal communication campaings for the Manufacturing &Supply Chain area in LATAM.
Play as a key stakeholder to provide support to high impact teams such as Customer Operations, Ethics & Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion.
Provide control for the LATAM communication agencies management (Including, Legal Agreements, trainings, Sourcing Process, Invoices etc)
You will be responsible for the LATAM internal channel management (Yammer, 3M Go and Voicestorm),
Lead the Employee Communications Dashboards for LATAM. and the Global Content Reporting ( Opal & Communication Daily Management)
You will be responsible for translations & graphic materials coordination (GSC & Agency)
Your skills and expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
+5 Years of expience in internal Communications role.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
In-depth cultural knowledge (LATAM).
Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PPT and SharePoint.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Advanced Portuguese.
Previous experience in plants and production employees communications.
