Job Description Model exceptional service and leadership skills among the team.
Will be responsible of implementing set up of checklist.
Work with the standards applied, LQA and Accor brand standards.
The manager will work to ensure an amazing relationship with event planners and group leaders.
Work closely to ensure that revenues and guest satisfaction levels are maximized.
Will be in charge of training the service team.
Follow the opening and closing checklist.
Open and close checks/charge the events.
Qualifications Passion and knowledge of the events and banquets industry to ensure a successful operation and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Experience as a leader in the hospitality or events field as a Banquet Director, Event Planner or Catering Director.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
