Objectives:
To ensure that Quijano & Associates (BVI) Limited continues to provide the best services with the highest standard
Main Functions
·Management and Supervision of the following Operations of Quijano & associates (BVI) Limited in the BVI:
oIncorporations and Post Incorporations;
oFiling and Record Keepings;
oAccounting and Book Keeping;
oCompliance and AML Functions and Culture;
oHuman Resources and Recruiting;
oTraining of the staff;
oIT and Equipment;
oOutsourcing and Merchandising.
·Coordinates with other departments within the group to ensure the smooth operations of each function in the BVI:
oAccounting Department;
oCompliance Department;
oIT Department;
oOperations Department.
·Represents Quijano & Associates (BVI) Limited before the local Authorities and ensures that the law requirements and the Authorities Directives have been met accordingly.
·Represents Quijano & Associates (BVI) Limited in the private sectors’ associations in order to keep the company abreast of all the changes in the financial business sector.
·Conducts reviews and assessments of the corporate and compliance operations and gives directions for any updates when necessary.
·Manages the processing of Monthly Payroll.
·Prepares and submit the company’s Payroll Tax (Monthly and Annually) and Social Security Reports to the authorities.
·Liaises with the various suppliers in the BVI (Legal, Logistics, Services, etc.) to ensure that the company receives the best services for the best available prices.
·Provides legal support to other attorneys and managers Quijano & Associates affiliate offices.
·Any other duties required for the Company and as agreed with the board.
