We are a startup within the agtech industry that exists for farmers and because of them. We are all about food origin, transparency, and traceability, looking to uplift farmers all around the globe, and promoting equity for them.
This is a role responsible for coordinating the digital marketing department, including the blog, newsletters, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube). This is a role that works in collaboration with the department of Clients Experience and responds to the Chief of Staff, CEO, COO, and the Director of Communications.
This is a freelancing (professional services) position that requires 30hs/per week.
Activities
Digital Marketing team coordination, including meetings, KPIs, vision, and strategy.
Newsletter design, scheduling, integration to blog, and analytics.
Blog administration, including content strategy, organization, scheduling, SEO adjustment, and analytics; and content creation related to the blog, including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter.
Twitter and Linkedin community management.
Recruitment and staff selection for the digital marketing department.
Relationship management for content creation of the blog and social media, including e-books, webinars, product reviews, interviews, and surveys, among others.
Administration of content creation and graphic design for the social media ecosystem.
Coordination of marketing tasks and processes delegated by the marketing consultancy team.
Occasional content creation for blog and social media, including photos, graphic design, copy, videos, and illustrations.
Attendance at the digital marketing and executive-level meetings.
Translations related to the Digital Marketing department, including copy, decks, and templates.
Deliverables
Quarterly analytic report of the blog, e-mail marketing, social media, including Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin.
Yearly, quarterly, and monthly digital marketing strategy with KPI´s.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
Higher Education in marketing or related field.
Preferable
+2 years of experience in marketing-related positions.
+1 years of experience coordinating a team.
Between 25-35 years old.
