You will:
Lead and motivate dynamic and diverse team of data engineers, data architects and tools analysts in various locations across the world. The team will be focused on building, enhancing and supporting data and tools within DELL Global Marketing Customer Engagement Platform. It is among the most dynamic and fast-growing platforms within DELL, leveraging customer-centric, data driven decision making for tactical and daily field marketing operations.
You and your team will be responsible for analyzing tools, data architecture and integration needs, identify gaps, formulate solutions, implement required configuration changes in back-end and front-end. Implement required changes to a set of critical marketing tools, to meet customer data quality, transport or availability goals. Work closely with program managers in meeting their data needs and understanding data requirements. Control and analyze integration processes, articulate recommendations to achieve better overall data quality and improve marketing audience selection and targeting campaign output.
Close partner with IT engineers, leverage agile dev-ops and co-dev model to achieve team’s strategy, vision and mission. Leverage internal reporting business management systems, KPIs and targets to measure goals for each team member and team overall. Lead and coach product specialist within a global Data & Platform Management team, supporting Integration needs with Marketing Automation Platforms, owning marketing automation tools development and speed and stability assessment of Campaign Selection Tools. Gather data & platform Integration requirements cross-region and cross-segment, analyze and define logical and data ingestion needs, lead or assist in developing appropriate solutions.
Develop expertise and retain knowledge on available configuration and integration levers. Implement required changes to a set of critical marketing tools, to meet customer data quality, transport or availability goals. Control and analyze integration processes, articulate recommendations to achieve better overall quality and improve campaign output.
Key Responsibilities:
Motivate dynamic and diverse team of data engineers, data architects and tools in various locations across the world
Be part of a team to develop and deploy processes to run the business and enhance existing platform and ecosystem of tools
Identify marketing automation and integration needs, identify gaps, formulate solutions, implement required configuration changes in back-end and front-end
Run the business of day-to-day problem solving, listen and address internal customer’s needs
Help creating & enforcing data & process governance around Customer Data platformsEssential Requirements:
5 to 8 years of proven experience in Data / Process Management; Sales Tools or Marketing Automation Platforms Management
Training, coaching or mentoring skills
Strong communication, written and verbal presentations in English
Customer first approach, support or operational excellence
Experience being a people leader, project teams, dotted line or matrix organizations, People management, project or program management experience will be strong advantageDesirable Requirements:
Database Design or Data Analytics
Experience in global or remote Services/Business support type of environment
Sales or Marketing oriented acumen
SAS Marketing Automation experience
Experience in CRM or Customer-related data management / process management / other Marketing Automation Platforms
