In this position you will be managing employees in the sales department, manage customer accounts, and assist in resolving quality issues or customer complaints. Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.Negotiate pricing for high volume quotes.Oversee order entry and pricing accuracy.Prepare month-end reports.Identify emerging markets and market shifts.Achieve sales growth by successfully managing a sales team.Manage sales associates' tracking of accounts.Participate in staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop sales team.Coach and mentor a team of customer service and sales representatives.Assist customers in resolving quality issues with product.Set up new accounts and new parts for existing customers.Occasionally travel to trade shows and conferences with outside sales representative.
Visit potential and existing customers as needed (travel required).
