Responsible to work directly with our supplier’s base and controlling the execution of the inventory and in stock. The goal is to deliver the goods in good quality to the customers at the right time and place as agreed.
You are responsible for
Creating, liberating, and visualizing purchase orders in SAP.
Acting as a liaison for Project Management and Order Management
Analyzing the production plan and calculates optimal mode for ordering.
Negotiating operational issues with suppliers.
Negotiating short/long term flexibility, delivery times, order terms etc.
Places orders with suppliers and monitors the outstanding order package in terms of delivery time, quality, and price.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration
+2 years of Buyer experience
Proved SAP and Excel skills
Demonstrated experience working with vendors
Excellent English is written and oral communication skills
Strong Customer Service Skills and Cultural awareness
Ability to work independently and optimally with cross-functional and virtual teams.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities, deal with pressure and constant change
