Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will manage a team of Specialist involved in the buy and sell process for Procurement. Your main responsibility will be to delight, meet and where possible, exceed the sales support and service expectations of both external & internal partners. You will participate in the planning, development, and execution of strategies to drive best practices adoption and sustainable value creation. You will effectively manage the order to cash (O2C) & source to pay (S2P) processes to maximize customer service levels at an optimal distribution cost in order to increase operational efficiencies. A day in the life of...
Lead the Technical Supply Services Activities by monitoring the CAPEX (machines & equipment’s) orders
Supervise the negotiations with suppliers on logistics conditions and making sure to provide tailored transport solutions.
Ensure that suppliers and customers follow compliance principles and ways of working.
Drive the Perfect Order Cycle Approach to minimize all waste and complexities in the end-to-end flow.
Ensure sustainable Import/Export (IMPEX) Operations with a best in class service level.
Lead, control and deploy the Demand and Supply Planning Activities related to the purchase of goods and storage of these goods across the world in the designated storage locations.
Continuously reviewing customer activity, analyze data, and identify trends taking corrective actions and modifying procedures when necessary.
Ensure support of the Commodity Support Specialists activities, connect with Procurement to ensure alignment and service level, and ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Lead the Commodities Logistics activities, maintaining high level of transparency and service for the commodity planning activities across the world.
Delivering effective business solutions on time and error-free, monitoring the effectiveness of solution design.
Ensure smooth functioning of the above the market processes (Buy-sell, Self-billing, buy-hold-sell).
Manage relationships with key stakeholders (Procurement, Nestle Factories, Finance, Demand and Supply Planners).
Drive and encourage continuous improvement and sustainable Customer Service Operations with a best in class service level.
Fully understand the role of Nestrade and promote its services.
What will make you successful
University degree in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain.
5 years of experience in Import/Export (Customer Service) or Capex investment and Logistics.
Strong knowledge in International Trade.
Project management skills in Supply Chain related areas.
Experience in supervising or managing a team.
Ability to deal or work with/for Customers or Suppliers (Distributors, Retailers, Suppliers).
Fluency in English, Spanish would be a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SAP.
