Your primary role is to deal with daily operations such as ensuring smooth bunker deliveries, coordinating with local entities, coordinating of loadings in local terminals, generating reports and many other ad hoc tasks. Thus, we expect you to be curious towards our business environment and have a can-do attitude to tackle dynamic and sometimes complex situations.
Areas of focus
Coordinate and maintain bunker deliveries schedule on a daily basis
Daily contact with vessel crew agent and terminals locally and internationally
Send bunker & loading orders and job lists to our barges
Continuously update NAV with sales orders
Optimize the costs and movements of our vessels
Create, track and maintain KPI’s for all our vessels
Your professional skills
Relevant education within logistics or shipping
At least 2 years of experience with marine agency operations, terminal operations, vessel operations or bunkering.
Fluent in both written and oral English and Spanish
Professional user of MS-office is a requirement, NAV is a plus
Your personal skills
Structured and detail-oriented
Able to handle complex situations
