Job Title Order Fulfillment Manager Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Lead and grow an Order Manager team with an international scope. As an Order Fulfillment Manager, you will use available systems and tools, combined with knowledge of the supply chain process to manage customer orders. Represent and champion the interests of our internal and external customers within the factory, Global Sales, and Services. Manage assigned tasks with limited oversight and serve as a liaison between the field and the factory management teams.
You are responsible for:
Sees opportunities for performance improvement thought process improvement methodology within own group and related environment.
Develop process documentation and training schedules for the supply chain team.
Understand the end to end Supply chain process to troubleshoot, anticipate, and prevent critical issues.
Act as a liaison point across supply chain multiple departments to influence decision making.
Run reporting to support Sales, Key Market order contacts & Marketing activities.
Lead or participate in lean process improvement activities.
Act as the single point of contact for customer market concerns.
Handle factory return process, including finance credit/debit submissions.
Effectively set priorities in order to meet commitments and established departmental goals.
Ensuring all establish processes are in line with Quality Standards and Philips standards business conduct.
Assist in the deployment of documentation, policies, procedures, correspondence, and other business applications.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business or related field
10 years of proven experience in the Supply Chain field
Experienced with Lean or Six Sigma methodology is mandatory
Strong SAP-Sales Delivery or Material Management module and salesforce is required
Project Management skills are a plus
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Strong Customer Service Skills and Cultural awareness
Making decisions and manage risks and abatements.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities, deal with pressure and constant change, lead effective meetings, and document outcome.
Advanced presentation skills required to prepare and deliver presentations to corporate management.
