Order Management Sr Associate

startfragmentresponsabilities:review and processing of orders (including enterprise license agreements, upgrades, swaps and renewals) following pre-defined processing procedures and utilizing salesforce and oracle applications.data entry of incoming orders from customers and distributorswork in coordination with internal departments (legal, deal desk, order management, revenue recognition) to ensure order accuracy.provide business support to partners and distributors including assistance on order information, troubleshooting of wrong orders and products returns.provide guidance and act as an advisor to inside sales and field sales.support month-end and end of quarter activitiesdrives process improvements within the order management functions.requirements:2-4 years related experience in sales, operations, order management, or financehigh attention to details and accuracyability to work in a high pressure environmentpro-active work style with the desire to optimize internal processesgood knowledge and experience with a crm-system - preferred salesforce.comproficiency with common business software applications such as ms office products: excel, powerpoint, outlook.strong communication and collaboration skills.fluent in english.endfragment
