Job Title Order Processing Analyst Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity to
Represent and defend the interests of our internal and external customers within the factory, product manufacturing group, and Global Sales and Service. The order processing analyst will resolve issues that may interfere with our company ability to deliver completed orders to the customer’s required delivery date ensuring customer satisfaction and business revenue. It also will work with multiple functional departments such as Scheduling, SIOP Manager, Purchasing, Marketing, Product Engineering, Sales.
You are responsible for:
Acting as a liaison between the factories and the internal customers within assigned regions and order managers.
Providing support to Sales and Service as it relates to orders.
Handling efficiently the order backlog for assigned Key Markets.
Analyze system configurations, trigger changes, and process upgrade orders working with international Key Markets on order related issues.
Supporting all team members to assure the assigned team is operating successfully.
Taking initiative and identifies problems in an actual way of working, formulates alternatives and recommendations; develops and introduces new supporting quoting support sub-processes, and improves existing processes using root cause analysis.
Coordinating with Master Scheduling to meet or exceed customer requirements.
Maintain knowledge of equipment and all system configuration and prerequisites.
Work closely with multiple internal departments to implement configuration changes with key market order teams, as needed.
Prioritizing and taking actions for presented issues appropriately and promptly, to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
Ensuring all establish processes are in line with Quality Standards and Philips standards business conduct.
Special project assignments may be required.
Assist in the deployment of documentation, policies, procedures, correspondence, and other business applications.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration,
+ 3 years of Order Manager equivalent experience
LEAN and process improvement is a plus
Confirmed SAP- Sales and Distribution knowledge
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Strong Customer Service Skills and Cultural awareness
The ability works independently and optimally with cross-functional and virtual teams.
Ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure, and constant change.
