HR05:ESG:HR Employee Service Specialist Under general supervision, provides customer support escalation, coordination of workflow, and quality improvement direction to Human Resources Service Center staff in completion of their day:to:day activities. Provides accurate and prompt response to a wide range of human resources customer inquiries. Utilizes knowledge base, procedures, policy manuals, HR databases, and other resources to resolve inquiries via telephone, voicemail, or e:mail. Understands, applies, and communicates conceptual elements of Human Resources rules and regulations. Assures organizational goals are met by consistently following approved processes and replicating successful practices, proactively developing internal relationships, and identifying areas for improvement. Refers issues that require specific, in:depth knowledge to appropriate COE

Skills: Microsoft office usage, oral and written communication capability, Web base system and Excel usage.

Languages: Fully able to communicate written and orally in Spanish and English: preferably in Portuguese as well.

Experience: Minimum 1:2 Years of Experience in screening Candidates in job boards and any other means.

Position to be located in Panama City.
